wow - when people say it's "wedding season," they really mean it. last week was dedicated to prep for our good friend's wedding here in DC. this week has been dedicated to even more wedding prep than the last, because i am actually in my cousin's wedding this weekend (eee - so excited Brittany!) we're heading a bit west for her more country style wedding, so i've been spending my time lately breaking in my first real pair of cowboy boots and practicing my messy up-do's.
but i'm happy to say that i've found a few minutes to share some photos that my friend Tammy took of me a few sunday's ago after our boozy, blogger brunch. it's an outfit that combines trends and comfort, which is more "me" than anything. i threw on my favorite pair of baggy, boyfriend jeans, which technically belong to erika, which means they're still mine, and styled them up with a rough and tough leather moto jacket and high-heeled leopard booties, feeling more than ready to hit the mimosa bar. just like champagne and fresh juice puree's, booties and boyfriends will always be a winning combo in my book!
