if you live in DC, or anywhere else that it's been snowing for like the past week, you are probably wondering how and why is she wearing a skirt? I will tell you that these pictures are old but they just make me happy right now because I am freezing! isn't it funny how we let the weather dictate our style sometimes? not cool. unless it's warm and sunny, then it's totally fine!
