it was amazing to get to preview collections from Rolando Santana at Karma Beauty Lounge (see more photo's from the event here) and even more amazing when I was one of their lucky, giveaway winners. if you know me at all, then you know that a) I win everything and (you probably secretly dislike me a bit for it, and don't feel bad ... I would too) and b) it was a Twitter/Instagram hashtag contest and if you follow me on either (here or here) then you are aware of my love of both (I am a social media whore, for lack of a better word) and it's less annoying, and more obvious, why I won. I won this trench and it was super exciting for me because it's adorable and the color of the season (oxblood, whatever) and I was actually in need of the ever-so-trendy trench!

also, I want to bring attention to my newest chambray, which I now think is the perfect chambray shirt that I found in Nordstrom BP. It's by Rubbish and is made of the softest cotton material (all Rubbish shirts are typically ridiculously soft) and totally slouchy. I will live in this shirt!
