I love a good workout that doesn't feel like a workout, and for me, that's Zumba. Their mantra is, "Ditch the Workout. Join the Party.", and they mean it! I used to take a Zumba class at my gym 3 times a week and I even participated in a Zumba-Thon once - That's how much I love it. I loved to learn and perfect the routines, the teachers are always so cute and fun and I actually noticed results, which always seems to be the big mystery of working out (When am I going to start seeing results, though?). I don't have as much time to dedicate to Zumba as I used to, but I try to take at least one class a week, which is so worth it. You can burn up to 600 calories in just one class!
Zumba doesn't stop there though, because they also have a super cute clothing and accessories line. Situational dressing? Yes, please! Everything is bright, colorful and flattering, which also makes dragging my butt to the gym a little bit easier. :) What helps motivate you to stay active?
