Holiday Style & Potomac Mills

If you’re like me, you usually find it difficult to find the time to purchase an entirely new look for every holiday occasion on your social calendar.  That’s why having a key piece, like this leopard coat, to take you all the way through the holiday season is essential.  Last weekend I drove out to Potomac Mills, Virginia’s largest outlet mall, in search of a great deal.  While they always have the best deals throughout the year, their holiday promotions are even better (If that’s even possible!).  To help you plan your trip, here are the stores that I visited, that I found had the best product selection and holiday promos but, of course, you can find their full list of stores here:

Saks Off Fifth

H&M

Aerie

Banana Republic Factory Store

Coach

Levi’s

Movado

Finish Line

Helzberg Diamonds Outlet

Bloomingdales – The Outlet Store

Now, let’s talk about this gorgeous, faux fur, leopard coat.  I’m very picky about my leopard print but I spotted (Pun intended!) this one and it had to be mine.  It ended up being almost 75% off and was a perfect early present to myself.  I know I’ll be wearing and re-wearing it all throughout the holidays, starting this Friday at my boyfriends office Holiday Party.  I wanted to keep my outfit simple, so this will be a fun statement piece to throw over my shoulders.  On Christmas Day I plan to pair it with a pair of jeans and a chunky, red sweater for celebrations with our extended family.  And how chic would it be paired with a black jumpsuit for New Years Eve?  Now, I just need some really chic NYE plans to go along with it!

Besides my new leopard print coat, there are so many other great deals happening right now at Potomac Mills that make dressing for the holiday season easier and more affordable than ever.  I think my Potomac Mills holiday outfit shopping trip will be my new tradition every year.  I feel so ahead of the game already knowing what I’m wearing! 🙂

Be sure to check out their full list of holiday promotions, events and doorbusters here.  And, for help navigating your shopping experience at Potomac Mills, check out my post about it here.
