Statement Earrings for Summer

Brands are embracing a colorful approach to accessorizing this summer.

Gone are the days when simple and subtle wins.  Instead, color, texture and geometric shapes, are all over the pages of my favorite sites like Shopbop, Madewell and Mango (where I buy most of my jewelry from).  Since cutting my hair short, I’ve discovered a newfound love for statement earrings.  They’re such a fun way to add a bit of punch to your look.  And I’m so glad acetate is back in style because it’s so durable.  You know I love to wear my earrings at the beach with swimsuits.  And, if you’re not ready to dive in to this trend all the way, you can dip your toes in with something tortoiseshell (like this pair)!
