I think you guys know by now, summer dressing is my favorite. I live for a good pair of boots and faux fur coat, but I feel like I come alive in the summer! Summer, to me, always meant family vacations, beach days, no school and me and my sister’s birthdays; always the most fun months of the year for me. And summer style means being fun, comfortable and free to do whatever you want and I love all of that.

Like I said, to me summer style is all about being easy to wear but still fun and flirty. I love, love this smocked, off-the-shoulder top that I found. The tiny floral print is adorable, it’s stretchy so I can enjoy being out and about in it all day long, and I love that bold red color. It also comes in a gorgeous yellow color too and the best part is how affordable it is! I love to pair cute boho pieces like this with something a little more elevated and chic so I paired it with these classic black trousers for a lunch date in the city. The skinny hem is super flattering and they also come in white and beige. I also love the button detail on this Karl Lagerfeld pair.

In terms of accessories, I’m all about a basket bag in the summer and I was super impressed with Walmart’s selection. I picked up this little crossbody basket bag. Smaller, mini bags are definitely trending right now and this one is super cute and lightweight and… Only $11! Can you believe that? With prices as good as that I decided to stock up on a couple others for summer. I got this larger woven tote for the beach and this structured round basket bag in black for vacays.
