*Note: I will update this post weekly with the new meal plan + grocery list!
I’m trying to streamline my life more with processes that will hopefully free up time in my day. Things like laying out outfits the night before or planning my meals for the week are so crucial so you’re not left scrambling in the moment. I’ve been mapping out my meal plan weekly in my planner so I figured I would share it here as well so you can join me if you’d like!
This meal plan is in no way a diet or anything. I do this to take an extra step out of my day – thinking about to eat – and to encourage me to eat out less and eat a cleaner diet. And, I’ll admit, sometimes I stray from this schedule based on my mood/what’s going bad in the fridge, but 9/10 times I follow it.
So scroll below for this week’s meal plan + a grocery list! I mostly shop at Trader Joe’s but you should be able to recreate most of these recipes regardless of where you shop.

New on the menu this week is a homemade sweetgreen Harvest Bowl, yum! I’m obsessed with this salad so I decided to recreate it. It would be great to add chicken to but I’m mostly vegetarian now so I’ll add chickpeas or tofu sometimes for protein. But it is pretty filling on it’s own, packed with nutrients, as well as healthy carbs and fats! Here’s how to make it:
HARVEST SALAD BOWL:
Quinoa (or rice)
Kale
Apples (Cubed)
Sweet Potato (I like the ribbons from Trader Joe’s)
Avocado
Sliced Almonds
Crumbled Goat Cheese
CREAMY BALSAMIC DRESSING:
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Plain Greek Yogurt
Dijon Mustard
Honey
Salt + Pepper
