My Favorite Easy Tofu Bowl’s


1 package of extra firm sprouted tofu
1 Tbs fresh garlic
1 frozen ginger cube
2 tbs soy sauce or coconut aminos
1/2 cup brown rice
Handfull of raw spinach
Shredded carrots
1 avocado
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp seasame oil
2 tbs rice wine vinegar
Salt + pepper to taste

Top with Red Pepper Onion Crunch +
Siracha Ranch Dressing from Trader Joe’s


  1. Saute garlic and ginger in 1-2 table spoons of olive oil and a teaspoon of seasame oil on medium to medium high heat
  2. Slice tofu into cubes and add to the pan
  3. Fry on both sides for 4-5 minutes, then add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or coconut aminos and turn the heat up a little to fry the edges
  4. Seperately, cook your brown rice. I love the Organic Frozen Brown Rice from Trader Joe’s
  5. Once the tofu is browned, build your bowl! I build mine like this: Rice, then tofu, raw spinach, shredded carrots and avocado. I top the salad with olive oil and the rice wine vinegar. Then I put a little extra soy sauce on the tofu and rice. And, lastly, I add a little bit of the Trader Joe’s Red Pepper Onion Crunch and a drizzle of the Siracha Ranch dressing, plus a little salt and pepper on top, and enjoy!
